But they already ruled that the song isn't hate speech?

This ruling probably would have went the other way if Trompie wasn't throwing his tantrums, which is why they ruled that way in the first place.

But what this means is that there's a whole bunch of confusion about whether the song is legal or not.

The judiciary have fcked themselves, and made it clear that just like the politicians, they don't know their earholes to arseholes ..

Yeah but what they say in the song is almost exactly what he said.

In fact worse, because it calls for the murder of a specific group of people, who are a minority.

So how can one be good, and the other bad? The message we are getting here is that it's ok to do hate speech, as long as you hide the message in a song, and then claim it's a metaphor...
