It's not "the private sector". It's The Middle Class. The DA is the party of the middle class. Those who have nothing to lose, and everything to lose, will vote for the ANC.

Those who have nothing, and nothing to lose, hope that the ANC will "give them" things. Taking from those they hate, and give it to their "voter base", so hoping that loyalty will reward them. And of course, hoping that the ANC will keep it's "promise". Which they do not, and now cannot (everything's been stolen already). The reason they have nothing, is because the ANC stole what should have been theirs in the past 30 years. These voters made an exit from one corrupt system (apartheid) into the next (ANC rule).

Those who have everything, rely on the party to protect them through patronage and state resources. These are the corrupt, and the cadre. This machine is also starting to fall apart, hence the breakaway factions literally everywhere.

The man in the middle classes, who has managed to acquire some resources and assets independent of government "employment" and corrupt measure - think maybe a house, a car, has a tv, fridge, paying off store cards, has some form of stable private sector employment, and hoping to climb a ladder through hard work - these are the people who are trying to make the country better by voting DA. The middle class is simply too small, has no coherent voice outside of politics, and its size will always be constrained, thereby keeping the DA in check. The DA is not a party along racial lines. It is a party of the middle class, whatever colour the skin might be. By voting DA, they are hoping to perpetuate the good governance that the DA implements giving them 9 of the top 10 municipalities in the country, hoping that will raise their standard of living, and stop the steal, touted as "social justice".

You also don't have to be shy about your racism, it is who you are Dricus, own it.
Pot calling the kettle black eh Samuel Little
Like I said before. I will highlight crimes committed by your skin color. You do the same for white crimes.

Any idea which party was in charge when she was overpaid ? I am not getting honest answer here.
What tangent are you trying to go off on here? I have had instances where I have been overpaid by my company for three successive months, as it was an HR/payroll error. Every single time, I had the foresight and honesty to notify the relevant departments and all was resolved. How is this now a DA conspiracy? What angle/story/narrative are you trying to push?

What they neglect to say or even point out is that disciplinaries were held because of it and clawbacks were done.
Now lets hear from them of similar actions being done in ANC/EFF/MK/ASA domains
They have billions of R's of corruption to choose from

Let's go with that for a minute, after you have notified your employer you expect them to act in terms of recovering the money, right?

It was simple question really. So, DA was the party in charge, correct ? Did I say it was DA conspiracy ?

In Business circles you are required to pay it back or make arrangements for that. It is illegal for them to withhold future payments without permission from yourself
Legal term for it is "erroneous overpayment" under the principle of unjustified enrichment

EDIT

In Business circles you are required to pay it back or make arrangements for that. It is illegal for them to withhold future payments without permission from yourself
Legal term for it is "wrongful gain"
I never said anything about withholding payments, my question to him is simple, he realised he was overpaid by the employer, he is a good man and he promptly informs the employer of the mistake, the expectation is that after he has done that, the employer should come back to him and make arrangements to recover the money, yes or no?
