the employer should come back to him and make arrangements to recover the money, yes or no?
Yes and No. Employers cannot arbitarially recover the funds. There is also an element of the recipient notifying the employer of the problem and agreeing to a refund method
Staying silent is not an option

Are you deliberately ignoring the question and answering the one that wasn't asked?

I never said anything about the employer arbitrarily recovering funds, I said the employer must come back to him to make arrangements to recover the funds, how difficult is that to understand?

It was simple question really. So, DA was the party in charge, correct ? Did I say it was DA conspiracy ?
They never won a majority, so how were they in charge?

Also let's gloss over the fact that she was the deputy mayor, to whom all MMC's reported to. A position that was created for her, which was criticised by the ANC as a wasteful position, which is no longer an issue while the ANC occupies it...

The onus is not only on the employer . It is also on the recipient and not them hoping that someone doesnt notice
As I said
"There is also an element of the recipient notifying the employer of the problem and agreeing to a refund method

But how exactly is the issue of her being the deputy Mayor fits into the whole thing?

Whichever judge or magistrate signed that warrant needs to be identified. This is another indication of the judiciary possibly being captured and doing the bidding of politicians.

Let's go with that for a minute, after you have notified your employer you expect them to act in terms of recovering the money, right?

Sure thing. And they failed twice again after that. I went back again and again, understood it to be a process. Eventually it was corrected.

Thanks for answering, I knew it was a simple question, no idea why @Major Boredom was jumping all over the place like an artful dodger.

Back to the issue, is there any indication that Nasiphi did not inform the employer of the overpayment or any indication that the employer wasn't aware?

Is there any indication that she did inform the employer? You're asking for negative evidence. That's just a gaslight.

There are indications the employer and employee were both aware as others had allready paid back the money , but she had not
Apparently there were 2 seperate instances including a second smaller one where she got an advance for a trip she did not do

City should have just started legal processes instead of being nice about it

Its just his version of trying to deflect
It is not just informing, it is the full process and paying back

Yes indeed there is such an indication, besides that the employer has always been aware of the overpayment because it wasn't a payment made in error as it was in your case.

Let me continue with @Bewlen since he is the one who wants to understand how the DA being in power at the time fits into the picture.

When did she indicate as such?
