Keeping our eye on the ball and remaining focused is most important that dwelling on disappointments.

Even when the ANC disappoints us, we don't lose focus on the fact that the DA is the enemy that we should never take our eyes off, that's why we are keeping them very close where we can always see them.

In short, anyone of any race may apply to the state for EED benefits in the form of vouchers for housing, education and healthcare services. A means test is then applied to the applicants and tax funding is used to pay for the vouchers issued to beneficiaries who qualify for the benefits of EED.
