Has anything ever come of any of the numerous charges the DA have been laying against various people? I dont remember a single case going to prosecution.
Keeps the parasitic lawyers employed.

Let's hope Sakeliga and Neasa succeed

Sakeliga and the National Employers Association of SA (Neasa) filed an urgent Gauteng High Court application this week challenging race and gender targets under the Employment Equity Amendment Act (EEAA), which became law in January 2025.

The act sets hiring quotas for 18 economic sectors, from agriculture and mining to transport and construction.

“The application challenges the legality and constitutionality of the newly introduced employment equity framework, which introduces rigid race and gender quotas across 18 economic sectors on the top four occupational levels,” according to a statement by the business organisations.

These quotas, formally published in April 2025, require employers with 50 or more employees to restructure their entire workforce to reflect the national gender and racial demographics of the country, or face dire consequences.

Wasn't Sibiya supposed to be a good guy? I guess there are no such guys in the rotten saps. Well, sure there's a few. But the brass sure do look rusted AF.
The DA once hired him when they ran Joburg after he was fired by the SAPS, there has always been this flawed notion of assuming that a person who is kicked out is the good guy.

He was, or at least possibly pretended to be until he got to a certain level.

But at this point, anyone at the top level is probably questionable in the extreme and I have a feeling we're seeing factions fighting each other in public now.

He was pushed out during the Zuma state rape era and he did win reinstatement. Zuma and his goons worked everyone who didnt toe the corruption line. Perhaps he decided to go with the flow after being out in the cold for so long. Government jobs are nice and cushy and you can supplement your pension with undeclared cash if you're in a position of influence.

People might be focused on Senzo but from what we have heard so far, Sibiya is even more dangerous remaining in that position, f et om the vacuum that was created in crime intelligence he probably did a lot in the last couple of days.

I doubt the docket that were handed over even still exist, at least those of his people and Senzo's.

But it's harder to get rid of him without something solid.

But how is a DA poll fake? That was posted on the Gauteng DA account, Are you suggesting their account was hacked and someone did that poll?
Account hacking by counter revolutionaries is the best explanation I can think of as well.
