How does it sit with you that a former DA Mayor and a finance MMC did not know that Mabopane, in the city they ran is supplied by Eskom and not Tshwane?

Willing to bet that if he gets the job, he'll end up arguing with his employers or he'll call them racist when they don't accede to him...

And a little while later, he'll state his former employers are trying to kill/abduct him because he was fighting racism in the workplace or something...

Again, your comprehension is not good... We've been here multiple times before about BELA...

Let it go, my son, it got signed, and DA/AF got some small concessions.
