No, I don't mean that. I mean, what would come out of those processes...

What government would come out of them... And Parliament can only dissolve itself in 2027 (three years after last NGE)...

If the government doesn't include the ANC/DA then a complete shyteshow that is even worse than what we currently have unfortunately.

The own goals the DA seems to be scoring these days are nothing short of legendary, turns out the video Cilliers Brink shared about water tankers in Soshanguve is actually from a Facebook post from 2021, guess who was Mayor at the time...

The NewNP/GLM seems to be eclipsing the DA in terms of own goals though...

The DA makes them on Twitter, the NewNP/GLM does them in a fashion that fscks the entire country.

House to Home properties...?

Lol. But in the only thing that it really counts as a gauge of popularity, the DA is cleaning up in Tshwane by-elections. The "DA is unpopular in Tshwane" only exists in your mind and does not reflect reality on the ground.

Yes, a real estate company operating in Tshwane, what is tripping you up?

Actually the true measure of popularity is growing, that means getting wards that were previously held by other parties, retaining your own wards in a 16% turnout election can only impress simple minds.

Um...no. If the DA was losing support, it would also be present in their safe wards as well. As was the case between 2015 - 2019 where the DA under was Mmusi was barely winning or losing to the FF in by-elections. This foreshadowed the DA losing ground to the FF in the 2019 provincial and national elections.

The budget for the departments? the DA will not have the numbers.
ASA aren't voting for defence, higher education and justice. EFF probably aren't voting on anything. I'd say it's the ANC who don't have the numbers, unless they can bribe Herman somehow...

Again, retaining the wards they already have, even by 80% in a 16% turnout does not mean anything, wake me up when the win wards that were previously held by other parties.

Maybe you haven't noticed but the ANC has been winning wards off the DA, that is what I am talking, what the DA is doing now is like the ANC boasting about retaining their ward in a 16% turnout in the Eastern Cape.

I'm pretty sure the DA have won some by-elections this cycle.

But at the end of the day we all know the ANC is collapsing... huge fall in the national elections, and collapsing membership. uBaba and Julius are glad they jumped that sinking ship.

But do you now understand why I am saying the DA and @The_Right_Honourable_Brit making a huge song and dance about those wards in Tshwane is much ado about nothing?

There are not that many marginal DA/ANC wards as you know - and they also have to come up in a by-election. Regardless, that doesn't take away from my main point that the DA is not collapsing in Tshwane at all, despite your hints to the contrary.

And the DA has won wards from the ANC in the past too.

Oh, by the way, can you tell us why ANC lost close to 200,000 members in only two years?
