There is a reason the PR bots have been so active here. Lotsa $ being spent to try spin it the way they want.
I only see this as another way for someone to feed at the trough and siphon another R700mil

I think someone nailed it on the head a few days ago, this is an avenue for the anc to campaign on the tax payers dime, as well as fund their other election campaign activities for next year.

But who are the PR bots who are active here? Not everyone who disagree with your gospel is a PR bot.

Illegal foreigners are part of what makes our Healthcare the mess that it is, they are overwhelming the system, they are stealing much needed medication to sell in their countries, we are dealing with one problem at a time, when we are done with this, we move on to the next one.

There is a reason that I am paying so much for private services that should be provided by government.
