The loonies can loon, SA moves forward while some cry like toddlers just like when the BELA was made into an Act and they'll cry when EWC, NHI, transformation fund and state capacity are increased and implemented as tenders are done away with as the state seeks to employ people directly instead of going through the white dominated private sector with tenders. Tenders that make them nice and fat like Agrizzi and Co.

Out of interest, how do you define SA moving forward?

We need concrete metrics that you use to come to that conclusion.

Can we discuss the Chinese automotive plants you are excited about? I asked Mr Champ before but it went quiet.

Some points for you to consider:
- $149 million ~2.6 Billion ZAR public funds.
- 113 employees with just under 30% being Chinese nationals.
- ~300 cars produced since 2018.

Compared to VWSA:
- ~11 Billion ZAR (not a cent of public finds used)
- 3558 employees directly employed with VW and 50 000 in the support/supplier sector.
- 710 vehicles PER DAY.

I won't even go into the local initiatives VW is involved in uplifting the youth and surrounding communities.

This vacuum you speak of is not your typical elcheapo cleaner. This is a black hole that will end entire municipalities.

So my question is, are you being naive on purpose or does it all get lost when you try think of the bigger picture?

BBBEE is dumb, as a white mid 30's male i can have a level 1 company for as little as R20k per month. That money gets paid to a fund whom one or more of your 100 BBBEE candidates eat from. Before you say R20k is alot, just think of how much a salaried African of your stature would cost me? But I can do whatever you can do because that scorecard is the same as yours. Seems a bit counter intuitive doesn't it?
