Must be the DA internal poll where the DA gets 38% in Joburg and the DA gets 20% surely? I just hope for their sakes there's nothing more devastating than that, they won't survive.
 
Have to admit, the current CoT management has gone a long way to improve service delivery across various areas in Tshwane. They are also a lot more amenable to discussions and solutions with the community, something I haven't seen from the DA, at least in my area. I know politics is dirty and a cesspool of opinions but the current CoT structure has really impressed me.

Its one of those policies that gets created to appease a rabid local grouping that have no real idea about the economy.

Foreigners should be allowed to own businesses (small and large) but should have the relevant visas etc to do so. If a local is to fsckoff lazy to take advantage of a market, why shouldn't a foreigner be able to do so?

Cause this requires logic and forethought. You're applying this to the ANC brain trust, they don't have any of that.

I agree 110%. They should be doing business like normal residence people. Same laws , same everything.

But you right about the appease rabid local groups... crab mentality.
