The City of Tshwane has been flagged for serious irregularities and failing to submit the correct financial statements to the auditor-general for the July 2021 to June 2022 financial year.

And do you loath and detest cyril now since he's a cape town larney who doesn't mix with the unwashed masses in the rest of the country?

What happened to your brain? It's an audit outcome under the DA that we are supposed to learn from.

Takes capital budget to do that. If budget isn't approved nothing happens. One approved it is a 3 to 5 year cycle. If I'm not mistaken anc was objecting to all budgets if money was not spent in townships

I know, but it doesn't detract from them shouldering some of the blame, albeit a small portion.

Nothing wrong with it, there is only one problem, registering people to vote involves processing of people's information, how do you do that without their consent?

The EFF is hoping for a miracles, there are already 18 million registered people who don't vote, automatically adding other people is going to give them more votes.

Banks process your HA info... Credit agencies... Without your explicit consent, all the time.

If I understand the bill correctly, you get auto-registered to vote when you get your first ID at 16. There's no other info to use or protect for auto-registering that you don't give anyway when you sign up for your first ID...
