Not that we expect the ANC to adhere to this, but in the rare occasions that they might do so to make a point, it would likely result in tough by-elections (dependent on the ward, of course). Imagine the message: we fired this councillor because he/she was useless, but pinky promise, we've selected a better one this time...

This.

They are also 5 months late. Some of the US's closest allies that started negotiating from the start have still not reached a full agreement and negotiations are ongoing. This means South Africa, thanks to the ANC, has lost at minimum 5 months. And that is without the 4 preconditions.

Surely they had the brain power between them all to adopt this 5/7/10 years ago...

Until one of their five pillars becomes "STOP STEALING" nothing is going to solve their problems.

They didn't have to address inequality. You all kept them as a majority power for 28 years. They didn't owe you a thing. As far as they were concerned your votes kept coming in which meant you were happy. Understand how it works now? We've been telling you this for years.

Even if they do keep to it, it will collapse again within 12 months after the election. And anyone who buys into this fake service delivery before elections will deserve the collapse. They must stfu with their protests...

Simple. We do for the black population what the apartheid government did for the whites until things are balanced out. 🙂

If you don't like that, you can go jump off a hill. White people are not special and don't deserve the status quo handed to them via apartheid at the expense of the black population.

Redress is required and radically so, it seems some think we are asking for transformation. It's overdue and it's demanded, else July 2021 was just a prelude of what's to come.

South Africa is not sustainable with the black majority disenfranchised. Those enjoying it and not keen to see it change are only shooting themselves in the foot. It was never going to last, apartheid's legacy that is.

Do you have any official documentation detailing exactly what this Transformation is and what it's goals are?

If so, are you able to provide a link to it?
