Free tertiary education. Fees in higher education are barriers so the downtrodden remain impoverished.

The drums of change are beating louder by the day in South Africa and gone will be the days where students must pay R10K-R15K for registration alone, in January at the beginning of the year nogal.

The state must make things as comfortable for black people as possible. They've suffered enough.

This is why the state and you will fail - you want comfort instead of working hard to achieve through skill, motivation and determination. You want to be given instead of creating. Good luck.

Its largely the shielding from bad consequences of choice/action. Bad consequences must be someone elses problem, not mine.

I took on significant debt to do a degree, and it provided a level of motivation to make sure I passed so that I could pay it back when I got a job.

It's really simple. If they want things for free, tell them to go work - for free.
Do all the work, but get no compensation. That's exactly what they're asking for, isn't it?

So @TheChamp and @MalcomZ Your ANC president Ramaphosa has just admitted on live TV that DA municipalities are often the best run in the country and better run than ANC ones, and that they must go to Cape Town to see what the DA are doing right.

What do you say to that?

You can have ten degrees. They will remain worthless for as long as your mind is impoverished

A degree is like any other tool. If you don't know how to use it, you're of no value to anybody.

Trust us, we'll do it right this time round. Pinky promise!
The Great Liberation Movement is the only party that reflects takes accountability and responsibility for its shortcomings.

To this day the DA is still in denial about Tshwane and the 8 wasted years. That is what makes us the Great Liberation Movement that is trusted by the people of this country.

Who is being held accountable over the Zondo Commission's findings? None one prosecution and there were loads of ANC people involved, including current serving cabinet ministers.

There is nowhere in the Zondo findings where it said people should be prosecuted, the commission referred some finding to the law enforcement for investigation, where the law enforcement agencies feels there must be a prosecution, there will be, where they don't, there will be none.

The ANC approves of the DA, even in Tshwane. Or the president of the Greatest Liberation Movement would have said "except Tshwane"...

The DA should learn from the ANC in Tshwane how to manage coalitions and run a metro effectively with good financial management as Tshwane is being run currently.
