SA Politics Thread Part 11: The GNU Normal

If @TheChamp is not willing to humble himself and visit Cape Town to see how it's done, I would suggest tweeting (X'ing?) Helen Zille or President Steenhuisen directly. They are very gracious and would likely teach him how not to be corrupt and incompetent. Unfortunately these traits are usually in the ANC DNA so not really possible to get rid of. Best course of action is just to vote DA and save himself even more headaches
Why do that when Tshwane is right here?

Yes, you can also call Brink on his cellphone, he will tell you how to go about it. Your president did not mislead you. The DA are a very helpful bunch. They can't unfortunately sign you up as a member due to your affiliations, but if you ask your president nicely enough, he could probably put in a good work with Steenhuisen. There will be a future after the ANC, don't lose hope

Brink might be a bit busy atm..

But I'm sure one of the excellent DA councilors that cyril admires so much can make some time for champy and his glm to educate them.

That is also true. There are a bunch of DA ward councilors in Tshwane that can give him some tips and tricks. But he must first open his heart and mind to the teachings of the great Gogo. Without that, the wisdom will be wasted. Nothing a meditation retreat can't fix

None of the ANC arguments ever make logical sense. They regularly admit to failure at delivering services yet still campaign for votes. That's like a company telling you that their product won't work and is defective in the marketing material & advertisements.

It would appear that "liberation" political capital has run out for the ANC, and they now have to campaign on a delivery record, of which they have none

So the DA, is never going to admit to their 8 year failure in Tshwane?

Admitting your shortcomings is not a sign of weakness, it shows that you are genuine, that's why the ANC is in power and the DA a party that is stuck at 20%.

I got the reference number which means there is prima facie evidence to my complaint. 🙂

And next time, ask this in it's thread, we are talking politics here. It's not my fault your party is so sh*te you constantly have to deflect to defend it.
Nope. Reference number is nothing. I can get one walking into spar.
All it means is you have lodged a complaint. Not a opinion on its veracity
Hopefully you didn't do it while drunk.
It's quite telling when the eff doesn't get involved

What failure? Your own president praised DA governance and leadership. Are you calling your own president a liar? This is immediate grounds for dismissal
