A proposal by Gun Free SA to build the world’s first bulletproof park in Mitchells Plain has been welcomed by crime-fighters despite some concerns surrounding gang activities.

And crazy enough to be proposed by GFSA, the loons who want to remove legal firearms so that only criminals will have firearms.

That park would have been used for target practice to test weapons to determine which are the most effective. You have absolutely no idea who you're dealing with regarding Cape Town gangsters.

Did you need a commission to come to that conclusion? He was so useless as the police minister that they allowed him to rename things after getting rid of him, and he named a town after the loser of a battle. It's the only town in the world so named.
