Nah, That Charlatan De Ruyter has still not given us a name, how many names has Mkhwanazi given us?

Throwing names about that is starting to make him look like a charlatan I'm afraid.

Look, I understand there will be some desperation and attempts to whitewash De Ruyter's legacy, that is probably what MyBb is also trying to do with the million articles but it is a futile exercise.

De Ruyter told us a lot of tales but when it was time to put his head on the block and stand firm on his tales, he never did, he told us even more stories about fearing for his life and not wanting to incriminate himself, the man gave us nothing.

Fast forward to now he has forgotten about fearing for his life and going around telling even more stories, he is a good, old fashioned con artist, let him go, he is not the hero you thought he was.

Enough has been said on de Ruyter already! We really don't need more of it. But you are not being honest with yourself if you don't see the similarities. Our esteemed general however has some sort of political agenda here which will come out soon enough.

I very much doubt he is a charlatan, but what is emerging is that he is playing his own political game and he also has some very worrying beliefs/opinions that need to be put down.

Whatever his agenda is, he is able to stand firmly by his story.

When Patricia De lille exposed the arms deal corruption, she did not come to us and say, there is an ANC senior politician who is involved in corruption but I won't tell you his name, she told us straight it was Yengeni, that's what the general has done.

That is what true whistlblowers do, you stand true to your story and to your convictions. Skinnerbeks like De Ruyter have a different way of going about things.

His comments on Breytenbach pretty much show me his charlatan credentials. Or was he just mis-informed?

No, those would be his dangerous beliefs/opinions.

He may be a good cop, but he has dictatorial tendencies which as a cop are possibly a good thing. As a cultural "icon/hero" are definitely not.

De Lille had the "protection" of being a politician, how very brave of here. Plus she went for the easy target. Tell us how many others were prosecuted for the arms deal?

Nice thing about all this, there isn't any reason to panic, every time the General drops a name, that person will have a chance to come and state their side of the story.

But what. I like about Breytenbach, she did not dig in her heels like Kohler Barnard, she did not wait to be told to excuse herself, that counts for something.

He has given SOME names, but he has also insinuated lots and been evasive on names in many areas.

What protection do MPs have? Especially those from small opposition parties who incriminate people in the governing party?

You forget she was in the ANC? You don't think she has information that would be REALLY bad for the ANC if it came out? You are pretty naïve aren't you.

Mental gymnastics are being seen once Mkhwanazi started implicating Diane & Breytenbach.

How old were we when Ms Madonsela was apple of the eye of DA mybb members? And how it all fell apart spectacularly ?
