SA Politics Thread Part 12

Okay, that I can agree with, you will know how much I supported the Amapanyaza and the role they could play in crime fighting but if they could not be incorporated into the system, there was no way the Commandos could be.

At some point I do believe we as residents are the biggest enemy to our own safety, the push to disband the Commando was political and the push to disband Amapanyaza was also political, at the end of the day, the end user who is a vulnerable citizen is the one who suffer, all for narrow politics.

So no, the push to disband the Panty Brigade was legal not political because the formation was illegal from the start.

Was the idea a passably good one, yes, but its hurried and illegal formation was political by your idol Panty.. its disbandment was entirely Panty's own fault for not doing things correctly from the start.

Not a surprise, it is a rather thankless job.

Maybe she needs to ensure her judges are trustworthy instead?. First were Judges Motata and Hlophe, and now Judge Portia Phalane:

A judge, a well-known church leader and two others, aged between 32 and 64, have been arrested by the Hawks on charges of corruption and money laundering during an operation conducted on Tuesday night.

According to Hawks spokesperson Col Katlego Mogale, the takedown operation stems from allegations of corruption involving attempts to influence a civil case before the Pretoria high court.

The matter relates to a well-known South African church embroiled in a long-standing succession dispute. It is alleged a presiding judge received gratification from the main accused in exchange for delivering a favourable judgment in the succession matter.

I think the BEE, AA, EE and DEI requirements may put me right at the bottom of the candidate list.

Nah, I thought it would be the lack of experience that would put you at the bottom of the list. The other things wouldn't even be a feature.

Do you think they would even read my experience when I don't meet the BEE, AA, EE and DEI requirements, which are primary?

They were paid walkers in uniform. No weapons, no training. Fat unfit women being half of them. I watched them walk past my house a few times thinking of how easily I could take all of them out with my one 9mm and they would run around like ants under a magnet. Just ridiculous.

You sound quite badass man. Were you trained by Cosmik ? He always talked about one elite sniper trained by him but he was coy revealing mybb username of that legend.

That would be the political element of it coming to the fore.

The idea of "crime wardens" if they were properly trained, within the correct legal framework etc etc etc could be a good idea... Panty's implementation (as to be expected) was shyte.

Badass? Did you ever even see those wardens? My wife would have wiped them out just as easily. And no, I do not know who Cosmik is, nor do I care. I train with my firearm twice a week at my own expense. So Im about a billion levels in front of the crime wardens, and at least 90% of our cops.
