Yeah their notification isn't up to scratch. I always check if something doesn't arrive when it should. Int is about 1 month so 2 weeks after that it should have sat at the PO for that long. At least it's not gone and you only lose your postage which is super cheap from China anyway.

Surprisingly, recently I've found that they do answer the calls in a "decent" amount of time.
I have an RC number and it gives me "Error: 5 ~ON~ý Index was outside the bounds of the array." Spaces and stuff has been removed.

Just had to drive 180km in total to fetch a speed service parcel that was miss routed to the wrong post office, This post office happens to be in another province as well, and means it would have had to be routed back through two different mail hubs to get it back to the right post office, an additional 5 days.
The cringe worthy part it was a speed service parcel sent on the 11th of this month.Unfortunately this is the last time I use the post office.

Anyone have a contact at JIMC? Got 2 packages that arrived on 5 Oct. Not even scanned in yet so I can't get a local tracking number.
And I'm stuck in CPT so I can't even pay them a friendly visit..

Are they striking again? JIMC is apparently stuck big time. My friend phoned them a few days ago and she said whoever answered the phone was busy eating and she could not understand a word he was saying. Nothing happens there anymore. I wonder who is the idiot in charge of that mess.

She's lucky to have gotten her call answered! I've tried SO many times but just get ringing.
So, they have a lot of issues at the moment. There is a huge backlog as they haven't payed there suppliers for a while and the supliers stop giving them there metarial the used to package, record and transport the mail. Also recently they stopped all overtime due to cash flow constraints. I am aware however that thehave recieved all there supplies as well as reinstated all overtime so that the backlog can be cleared. This however only started on Monday.
If you PM me your international tracking number I might be able to tell you where in the progress your packages are

This ... In fact after exactly 5min of waiting on their automated call answering service, the line gets cut. I have had a parcel stuck there since Sept 19... movement again on Oct 21 to customs. Extremely frustrating.
