Then maybe it is time the SABC was put out of it's misery with a clean kill shot to the head.

Then let the free market step in and provide more quality viewing for people... like e-tv.

If the government wants to use people's TV licence money, they can subsidise those channels and networks that are actually doing something. Those soapies of which you are such a huge fan will still be produced. They are the creative work of individuals, not the SABC. They will be sold to the other private channels at a much better rate, providing more income and better quality productions.

The SABC shows crap cos they pay crap.
 
I do not have a clue if e-tv is any better, never watch sabc or e-tv but i would imagine e-tv is not that much better, they also have plenty of these so called crap soapies so i am not sure how can you say e-tv is better.

Perhaps you can explain it to me? Sounds like you know sabc and e-tv far better than me :D, guess the joys of dstv is no free tv :D

so which is it? First you say there is plenty of good stuff on SABC, then you say it is crap? Contradict yourself much? :rolleyes:
 
Not at all there was a time when i was struggling and only had sabc and it was not that bad, could watch the news a couple comedies at night, then my finances came right and i got dstv and no longer watch sabc or e-tv. So i have no idea since i installed dstv 4 years ago if sabc has changed much but i doubt it has gone as badly as you say it has.

So again can you tell me why etv is better than sabc stuff?
 
its almost like they looking for sympathy, we dont care that you effed it, live with it!
