I don't have the time or patience to get it properly canceled. Also it allows me to help my children, family and a few friends buy TV's without having to "go on record" as TV owners.

Waiting for a 55 inch computer monitor, that does 4K - UHD, then the last remaining TV in household will be gifted somewhere, that it is needed. It must aldo be cheaper than a equivalent sized TV panel.

I have watched a Boxing march on the 17th October on their SABCSPORTSONLINE.
And it was a great experience. I am glad they doing something.

Stream news, yes, video, they don't have money to pay for, music, they can do. So where they going to compete. Must work out how they going to pay salaries, before starting a new venture, but yeah.
 
How exciting. All the Egoli episodes via the internet. The one instance where (D)rain may be a good choice as isp cause it is bound to go dead every now and then. Just wondering, is Egoli on BluRay ( ha ha ha... The idea makes me laugh at my own joke here!)

Will this be video/audio on demand? Or just an internet stream of their current radio and TV channels?

Probably a live stream, because SABC has not got and any content library, and have zilch money to aquire any. So VoD, is likely not part of the plans. Unless they plan on reruns of the stuff they started with in the seventies ... , and those will get old real fast
