sabnzbd crashing

hi guys, been using this program since friday. when i set it up and leave home the pc is always at the login screen when i get back home. it seems it crashes when left alone for prolonged periods. this cant be normal. is there a setting i have missed somewhere. when i used grabit it usually run until all the work was done but sabnzbd is crashing my pc and im losing out on all that downloading time.. please help!

Are you sure it's SABnzbd that's crashing your PC though? What does your event viewer say? You can also set up SABnzbd to run as a service so that it starts downloading even before you log in. See wiki.sabnzbd.org/sabnzbd-as-a-windows-service

Turns out it happenes when it runs with utorrent. Utorrent run next to grabit with no problems but seems these 2 don't behave well together...

Where did you find this out from?

I seem to be having the same problem and I am running uTorrent on the same machine and my SABnzbd seems to crash if utorrent is running.

The only reason I am running utorrent is because I cant get SABnzbd & Sickbeard to work and have to rely on torrent to get my tv series.

its happening currently with my pc. so when i get sucky speeds with mweb i usually turn on utorrent to take up the spare bandwidth but it crashes within the hour...
