Top up prepaid accounts?

This is a question that I should be asking SAINET (and I will tomorrow), but does anyone know how to top up a pre-paid account? Is it possible?

I log in to "Selfcare", click on the "Purchase" tab, select a plan and then I have to provide a user name and password. When I try my existing user name and password, I get told that my user name is already in use.

So, do I have to create a new account each time I buy additional gigs or do I have to wait until I run out before I buy more gigs?

Has anyone been getting slower speeds on 384 uncapped? Used to get 30KB/s to 34 KB/s on average but yesterday it was round 10KB/s for most of the day and after 6pm i averaged about 25KB/s.

They want to charge R400 for line conversion to ADSL. This is supposedly what Telkom charges, but Telkom told me there'd be no fee if I did not require them to come to my home.

I have never liked sainet, but what you have done is pretty swak.
You should never post a private conversation on a public forum, thats just bad taste.
Besides when you signed the contract in whatever means (electronic, verbal or written) then you agreed to those terms. You cant just get difficult because you saw a better deal somewhere else and expect them to cover the cost of that. This is the real world where you have to honour your commitments and man up a bit.

Uhm, dude... you USED the service which means that you accepted the terms of the contract... and unfortunately, just becasue someone else has a better option doesn't give you the right to re-neg on that contract...

I just wanna see if Sainet and the other ISP's are going to do something to compete with MWEB...

I would prefer to stay with Sainet, but those prices from MWEB are a little difficult to ignore...

Me to, the prices are very difficult to ignore and I've already emailed them to ask them what they going to do about their prices because it's simply a cut and dry for me. It's a dog eat dog worlds out there...
