Vodacom has announced that it will have a lengthy exclusive on Samsung’s new high-end alternative to the Galaxy S5

So thats what they do with all the innards of Galaxy S3's. They take them and shove them in an iphone chassis and sell them for the price of a new top-end phone

An Android phone with a 720p display is at best a midranger nowadays.

The price is utterly ridiculous, because no insurance company can insure it for R9979. True value might be closer to R4500.

Same thing with the Galaxy S5 mini....totally overpriced for what it is.

Samsung has lost the plot completely, or maybe it's Vodacom that's artificially injecting the price of the phone.

If that's the case, Samsung should take action, cos it will hurt their sales figures a lot.
