Samsung Galaxy Note 2

I saw on cnet that the Note 2 uses a micro sim. Is this true? I know the iPhone uses micro sims but not sure about Samsung.
 
i got my note 2 as well at vodacom somerset mall on saturday morning, my first android phone and way better than my girlfriends s3! What a beast it is! Be jealous people
 
All you lucky ones with the note 2, how are you protecting the phone? There's no pouches yet but surely the chinese have something? I want to get a pouch before mine arrives but have no idea where to go.
 
I have phoned around for prices on the Samsung Galaxy Note 2.

All these prices are based on Samsung Galaxy Note 2 White 32gb.

Vodacom 4U - R9080
MTN Store - R9230
Vodacom store - R8839
Metro @ Vodaworld - R7899
Metro Home City in Pretoria - R7699
Smartcom @ Vodaworld - R8264 - (You could order the grey one as well at this price)

I also phoned the Samsung store and the person whom spoke to me said that R7999 is already a good price and that they will most likely not be able to offer it at that price.

Needless to say I jumped on the R7699 price and I bought the device at Metro Home City @ R7699.
 
Only Smartcom had the grey one. Everyone else was just the white one.
 
The battery life of the Note 2 is phenomenal. Two full days on one charge = no problem. This is one seriously awesome device.

What is your usage like dude? Do you have all comms turned on. Etc...
I am keen on the N2 and want to see if it compares with my S3 battery wise.

LOL....so your mind is made up already? :)

Right now I would love to have a pebble blue Galaxy S3, played with one two weekends ago & came away mightily impressed.

Somehow the rounded curves of the S3 just feels much better in my hand than my blockier S2.

It is pretty much made up if I can get a good price and grey and 32 GB. Very happy with my S3 so not in a rush, but I would love to get it tomorrow :D
