Can anyone recommend a good cradle to use in the car for the Note3?

I've had 2 Capdase cradles before and they don't last.

I use the official Samsung one, no rattles and great build quality. Suction is very good only dislodging itself once in 3 months of ownership and its universal so the wifes S4 with a Spigen Slim Armour case fits as well.

I use my setup as a dashcam with DailyRoads Voyager and no issues though ymmv.

Can you post a picture please?

I think this was asked before but it is slightly frustrating.

When you type a word and then it changes the word for you to what it thinks it should be and you use backspace on the iphone you could make it go back to the old word, but now i need to rewrite the whole word again, is there anything that i can set to not have to rewrite the whole word?

The word that's been autocorrected will be underlined. Tap on it and you can revert to the original word.

Also irritates me.

So i rooted my phone earlier this week, wanted my Titanium Backup to work again.

Now I can start with the Flashing of new roms. Excited for 4.4.2 but won't be able to wait for Vodacom...

Doing it today

Which root did you use?

CF Auto Root. But the latest one for Note 3 is optimised for 4.4.2 so it gave me some problems.

I found one that's a little older but still works fine! Yes it did trip my Knox counter but I'm over it.

I'll cross that bridge when I get there...

I've made up my mind, I'm flashing KitKat tonight. I've backed up all my apps with Helium (hope it works) and made backups of other important data and images. Think I'll stay away from root (for now) because you never know when the Premium ADH will be needed.

Thanks. I appreciate. And I assume by flashing this I will still receive firmware updates?

You should since you will be flashing original Samsung firmware, and if you want to you can always flash the South African firmware at a later stage once it is available.

Edit:
Also be aware that you cannot go back to 4.3 once you flash KitKat, KitKat uses a new boatloader so once you flash it there's no going back. (at least not for now)
