After flashing my N9005 it now shows N920C. So my Note 3 thinks it's really a Note 5. LOL

hi ,
yes , and if you look at your
Android version it says ANDROID v5.1.1
i have been using Phronesis for a few weeks now and Phronesis v5.2 for like two days (only just been released ..very stable ,smooth ,very impressed.!
I also have a note5 so it interesting to have a note5 port /clone ,(to compare the two devices ,the pro and cons.)
enjoy your Phronesis N5 experience .
good luck.

Do you also have the distorted sound issue with the v5.2 rom or is it just me?

Turn off the audio mods. Dolby Atmos + Viper and the other Beats looking one.
Thanks. I did that. Works perfectly now.

I played around last night. This Rom is very nice. Smooth and fast. Battery is also good so far.

I'm only using the Phronesis v5.2 Rom forum two days now.

Battery is awesome in standby mode, but when I actually use it, it drains very fast.

What is your findings?

@shiverz A friend of mine just linked me to this post: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=63007110&postcount=10

Essentially it's supposed to set the radio to aggressive standby modes, like the Nokias used to do. He showed me his battery which said it has 5 days standby! I flashed it (ad_calib.zip) and so far, everything seems alright. I even looked inside the contents and it's just adding next fields. Please can you double-check me to see if it's done anything dangerous?

CivZ kernel should come with his version of Kernel Adituor. Check a couple pages back for the settings we were talking about. If you are hitting 4 hours screen on then you're alright.

I'll give it a look tonight but it looks like it may be beyond my level of understanding

I gave a quick rundown of the settings. If you need screen shots I can do it this evening for you. Don't have the Note with me. Using it as a media player /GPS in my car since upgrading.

Screenshot_20160212-135433.jpg So here's my battery for the day so far, from just after 6am, I listened to my audiobook until I got to work. The white gap is the time taken to flash ad_calib.zip and let Android reboot and optimize each app. You can see that it tries to compensate for the downtime... and then just stays flat! The drops at around 12:30 are use and then the drive home, I listened to my audiobook again. Then I plugged it into my computer to take a screenshot and transfer the image so I could upload it!

Edit: It was at 71% after I flashed it (8am?) and it's now at 60% (2pm). So it dropped 10% over 6 hours with a teeny bit of use and listening to an audiobook for 30 minutes.
