Samsung Galaxy Note 3

And....is it a big upgrade from the Note2?
 
MTN Cape Town Strand Street just confirmed receipt of stock as well, they close at 5:00pm. Open tomorrow at 8:30am

Well for some people it may not be a big upgrade, but for me it is. Owning both the Note 2 and 3 it's just amazing how much lighter the Note 3 is, it's unbelievable and they are basically the same size.

I haven't had much chance to check out the software improvements, but I'm happy with what I've noticed to far.

Just got back from my local Vodashop, bought a screen protector. Since they don't stock ones for the Note 3 yet, I instead got one for the Note 2. It fits, not perfectly - but it's doing what it's supposed to.

Any advice on which one to go for, Octa, LTE or wait?

Octa Core : I can get it now without the headache of a port, future software upgrades may surpass speeds of the Snapdragon

LTE : Faster processor, LTE speeds, 4k, more roms

If I wait I can take advantage of cheaper pricing and watch bundles later in October.

Decisions :confused:
 
Had the note 3 in my hands but couldn't get it cause mtn messed up my details. Got my phone that was in my dads name put on mine I'm July and they said it was done but now its showing its not. Still have the reference number but they can only try to do something next week:rolleyes:
 
Got my Note 3 from MTN today....has any1 actually found any covers/screen protectors locally? Other than the Samsung S-Flip cover...which doesn't even close properly and it's R800???????

I ordered a cover off eBay for like R40. It's one of those leather ones that you can also put your cards/cash in. I ordered it about a week and a half ago so hopefully it will be here in the next week or so :)
