Samsung Galaxy Note 3

I got mine yesterday from VC. The 449 pm deal and they told me that the flip cover does not come with this package...

So besides the vodacom apps that comes preloaded, what others apps do you guys find useless and ready for removal?

I must say that watchON is quite a cool app (This is my first android device).

Not everything. I can change the volume, channels, input a specific channel number. Select the source, turn the TV on and off, select the menu. Mute also works.

That's basically all I use, so I'm very happy.

Thought I'd give it a try on my DSTV decoder, but it doesn't seem to work.

Would love to get a Note 3 but the Vodacom cash price is exorbitant. Any ideas ?

Their contracts are beyond shyte so will not be going that way.
 
Wow, I've been away from this thread for a while....

My company ****ed up, seems like I have to wait until the 1st of November now for my Note 3.

No problem, just an opportunity for some laughs. I absolutely do make fun of people who buy new cars constantly too, by the way. All this insane conspicuous consumption stuff is pretty funny to me. You make it public on a forum and it's definitely my/our business. Also it seems you need to look up the meaning of "attack". Don't worry though, I see an army of white knights has already appeared.

Yeah my DSTV decoder is also not working with it. Maybe 'cos it is the old sd decoder.

believe me ,i have the latest dstv explora and it also does not work.!!
either with"watchon" or" smart ir blaster" app( even though it has dstv explora listed .!!!sad !!)

i downloaded a separate app called dstv remote. havent tested it yet tho.
 
My S4 was stolen this morning. What is the best cash price out there for a Note 3 as I can't decide between R7500 for a replacement S4 or paying in on the Note 3?

Rather pay in for the Note 3.

It's not so much who has it for the cheapest price, but where you can actually find stock.

Think your best bet now is a Vodacom shop.

If you are a client, you can go through FNB for the Note 3.
It will cost you R365 per month for 24 months.
