Yeah the home button is slightly loose and can look skew. The Note 2 and S4 I've seen had a similar thing.

No cause for concern though. It does however annoy me.
 
Cool thanks. Getting mine tomorrow, was just wondering if it was as serious as people were making out.

You should definitely take this up with the ombudsmen if they do not want to honour their promise to you. Im not sure but you can also contact these guys to complain
 
Does anyone know when the Galaxy Gear is going to be available locally? I get different answers if I ask the Samsung store at vodaworld, the one in Fordsburg and Vodacom....
Doesn't anyone now stuff nowadays :confused:
 
Did anyone register their note 3 for the accidental warranty yet?

I was told by a samsung rep to download an app on my note 3. I did manage to download an app called samsung premium. But the app never seems to open up!!

Please help!

It attempts to load something but never opens up. I tried uninstalling the app etc. is there anyway to fix this?

Has anyone else had the same problem?

The app is called Samsung ADH. Download from Play Store, very easy to set up.

Edit: sorry the adh app is for the s4 and the premium one is in fact the correct one.

How much on board storage do you have on the note 3? Also has anyone taken a 4k video and seem how much space that takes yet? Hope things get sorted out today so I can get mine

Internal memory is 32Gig.
Got the N9000, so no 4k video.

I have used the slow motion yesterday and it's pretty decent. Crap quality compared to 4k but still nice.

I've been struggling to upload it to Instagram, after converting it about 20 times I still haven't been able to upload it!

I am about to go and collect my Note 3. just have one question - this will be my first ever Android device after using an iPhone since the very first 2G till the 5. My question is how do I transfer all my contacts, SMS and data from my iPhone to my new Note. Is this possible? I don't mind manually copying images ect over - my main concern is all my contacts and SMS.

I see Samsung has something called "Samsung Smart Switch" but thats only for the S4. There is also Wondershare MobileTrans but that is a paid for programme so not too keen in that.

Can anyone who has made the switch from iPhone to Samsung Galaxy give advice or someone who knows of software that will be able to assist.

Also Apps I am not too concerned abut as I will manually search through the Play Store to find replacements.
