1. That's kind of doff I must admit.

2. I don't want to disable vibrate for email totally. It must only disable during a call.

Well then its easy .

Press phone icon main menu
menu button
call settings
call alerts
remove tick from "Alerts during call"

If that does not work, i can't help.

Well Samsung have side stepped the question to date BUT my screen was replaced by the smartcare center on 14th avenue yesterday, seamless process and the phone looks as new again as the silver bezel gets replaced as one unit. Pretty impressed by the ease of having it repaired and not having to cough up a cent. Definite competitve advantage over the other brands having walk in centers for instant repairs like this.
 
Anyone have a problem with their volume going all the way down when finishing a call? Happens every time to me. Most annoying in the car when my navigation goes silent and I have to up the volume after a call.

This is really starting to annoy me.

This. Samsung's service in SA is excellent. Other brands should take heed of Samsung's after sale support if they want to be competitive.

What does the Kies Mean on the SamMobile website? I see there is a South Africa (Vodafone) update but the kies is greyed out and the rest are not?

Which one do i choose for the poland one? Poland (T-mobile)?
