Instructions
Extract (unzip) the firmware file
Download Odin v3.09
Extract Odin zip-file
Open Odin v3.09
Reboot phone in Download Mode (press and hold Home + Power + Volume Down buttons)
Connect phone and wait until you get a blue sign in Odin
Add the firmware file to AP / PDA
Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked
Click the start button, sit back and wait a few minutes

Yes I saw them as well. The WatchOn app is the only one with significant changes.

4.4.2, baby!

Phone seems more responsive. Opening from lockscreen definitely is quicker.

Not sure about battery life yet. Too soon to tell.

Finally got TeamViewer to work with my Note 3! There is a QS V7/V8 on the PlayStore, AVOID IT. Use this one. Then install the latest TeamViewer (version 9 at the moment).

Start the app on your device, start TeamViewer on your computer. Once you are connected to your device, it has "Remote Control" at the top left and you're able to remote into it!

I must admit that I'm disappointed in the lag while on the same network. I think it must be routing through their servers. But this would be damn fine to help my parents remotely (if only they had an Android device).

I have never had any problems with TeamViewer. It worked awesome from day one on my note. I love accessing work **** on the couch with my lovely note. Also no real lag on my side.

I am talking about remotely controlling the Note with the PC, not the other way round. A few people have had the same problem.

Also, I think the update to KitKat 4.4.2 fixed it for me.

Not sure. The polish one includes the fixes for the non-samsung accessories.\

My Body Glove Sview cover works fine on the latest British KitKat build.

Updated on Wednesday and my battery life has actually taken a bit of a nose dive. Used to be awesome, now it's just good. :-(

Mine increased dramatically. Although, I did a factory reset and manually loaded UK firmware to get rid of all that vodacom rubbish.

I have a quick question about the Note 3 and a USB 3 port on my laptop. Who else connects their phone with the USB3 Cable to a USB3 port?

When I connect mine Windows tells me that this device can perform faster on a USB3 port. The problem is I am using a USB3 port.

Sorry, Just to add something. If I connect my USB3 External HDD then I don't get that message and the transfer rate is Very Fast!!
