Ok, so its official my Note 3 needs to go in for repair. Would you send the phone to Vodacom, or Samsung. The phone is just over a month old. Vodacom is 7 - 14 working days repair, not sure what Samsung is/

Vodacom will send it to Samsung anyway, so might as well go straight to them.
What's wrong with it? They do same day repairs for broken screens and battery issues.

S pen is unresponsive on the screen. I have to press incredibly hard to get it working. But the rest of the pen works, just not the writing on it. I have tried the pen on my Note 2014 and it does the same thing, yet the Tablet pen works 100% fine on my Note 3. Im just annoyed now, i just sent my s3 in for a sound board issue and now i need to take my Note 3 in for repairs as well sigh.
So you reckon Samsung? I do have the ADH premium
Anyone on MTN that got LTE in Cape Town yet? I was in town for a while and tested it to see if I get LTE but no luck. Only HSDPA. But then again I don't have a LTE SIM. Only a 3G SIM. Does that really make a difference?
I had to purchase a 128MB SIM card and also ask MTN (808) to set me up (enable) LTE ... I get LTE all around Jo'burg and even at home ..
I'm still on JB 4.3 - MTN appears to be slow in getting KitKat out to it's customers - *Sigh ...
Anyone have reception issues when holding done in left hand?
I've noticed that with fone in left hand, it just looses reception completely.
Add soon as I hold in right hand, picks up reception again..
Also got the update, not sure what has changed, just said stability improvements in the description.

It does sound like something else. And aluminum bodied, Snapdragon 800-wielding Note 3 would be special.
But the HTC One Max looks really good. And I don't know if I can go back to oversaturated AMOLED screens...
