OK... Decided to go to the local Samsung store and see if they know anything about the R10k trade in.

It is legit and was front and centre when I walked into the shop.

I was going to get the S22 but after physically handling all three, decided to spend a bit more and go with the S22+.

Deciding on the colour was also a mission. Ended up going with the white. Will get the new UAG translucent case so the phone can be seen.

Had to pay a deposit for the Pre-order. When the phone arrives, they will contact you and will process the trade in on collection.

How does the trade-in work so if I want to purchase the S22 ultra will I have to pay R28000 up-front after that they will refund me?

You go in when stock arrives and you pay price less R10k, they swap your phone out and load apps etc

I need to replace only the Front Outer Lens Glass Screen. The LCD and Touch work fine. Does anybody know a place that can replace it?
