Not so sure about that... Been battling to sell a mint condition S7e for R3k for a while now. S4 maybe.
 
I'm also the only one that hates dark mode / from reading this thread

Dude I know at cell shop at work says the Notes are the ones that keep their value - it's the "normal" S8's etc that lose their value.
 
Thanks. For some reason I struggled to find those settings.
 
The notes always hold their value well, on old Note 4 can still sell for R2k.
 
Received my new phone yesterday. All set up and loving it so far. One peeve, though: no notification light. I installed Edge Lighting+ but it only seems to work when the screen is unlocked - which makes it kind of pointless, as I'm already looking at the phone so don't need to be notified by the blinking camera LED.

I've resorted to using AOD for now, as I'm not one to sit on my phone all day, so would like to be able to quickly glance over at it to see of I have any new notifications.

Apparently this has been fixed with the new Note - but how about just enabling it for the flagship anyway? The hardware is already there.
