Samsung Galaxy S23

So I traded in my note10+ and they processed it today and downgraded it from working to faulty LCD.
It didn't affect the trade in value but there was nothing wrong with the lcd except I left the old screenprotector on which had some damage.

Do you think the geniuses didn't take the screenprotector off and rated it based on what the screen protector looked like instead of the original glass under it?

I know I'm nitpicking and I get the same money back, but I take care of my devices so expected a working grade.

People are having issues with tradein and tablet claims for the S23s. Be careful. They are getting errors saying imei has already been used They sorted out my trade-in and tablet claims. My recent ones got approved quickly. Had a great experience with the staff and Kerry.

Had same issue no screen protector. It was fully working phone, no damage at all. They said it has faulty lcd

It also frustrated me on my S22 Ultra. The new iPhones with the 48mp sensor also do this.

I checked the iphones in the store and none of them had this actually. All super clean and focused

Yes. Initially there were some issues but they did the trade-in and tablet claim on their side and it all went through fine.
 
Can anyone recommend a good leather case for S23+? Apparently the Samsung leather case is not great - don't get particularly good reviews. Need something a bit more resilient to wear and tear.
 
Any screen protector recommendations for the ultra? None with holes for the fingerprint please. But the fingerprint must work.
 
Is the 10k trade-in promo still available anywhere?? Got a s21fe and looking to get an s23 or s23 plus
