Samsung Galaxy S4 4.1 update problems?

Hi anyone having wi-fi issues. Since my update to 4.3 my S4 won't connect to the Wi-fi. I continiously gets the following message: Network disabled Because internet connection is slow. All our other devices works fine on the wi-fi. It is frustrating because I am using my very limited phone data.

Anyone have an idea how to fix it?

I did not receive any notification from mybroadband that there was a response. I did check to see if there was at the time. Only now when I checked again did I see that a there was in fact a notification. Thanks
