Samsung Galaxy S5

Good luck. Made in China.

My wife's S plus is now my daughters toy (it's about 5 years old).
My bosses S3 is still working perfectly, Some of the silver has come off the edges and that is it.
Also, many people here still using the S2

I think i'll be good :)

Also, Chinese so must be ***? That is a very late 80's early 90's mentality. :p
You get what you pay for.

Chinese manufacturers make luxury goods too you know. They just follow their clients' instructions.

My S3 is nearly two years old and is going just fine.

If you're out to make a quality product then China isn't the first place you would look. Out to make some plastic and cheap though ? Sure.

China is always the first place you look if you want economies of scale. No one can tool up, hire people, source parts and raw materials and commence shipping faster. Not all luxury goods need to be handmade in Switzerland. Apple has stated in the past that the majority of their products are made in China because no one else can do it.

Does not compute. The Chinese manufacturing ethos is devoid of quality related ethics for the most part. Let's not pretend that statement is controversial.

Chinese manufacturers would have major problems if their quality control wasn't up to snuff, like any large manufacturer would.

Never noticed this hive mind thing when I went to Shenzhen, Donguan, Wuhan or Hong Kong. There was a bit of the communist thing going for Wuhan I must admit but even there people were just people.

Back to the big X I think.
