Odd i've never had a delay in calls, or maybe i have and just have not noticed. :confused:

I get two or three seconds of silence when I call someone and they answer. No problem when it's turned off though and I live in a non LTE area anyway so no biggy switching it off. I get a consistent H+ anyway and that flies fast enough for me.

Secondly, who can afford to use LTE for downloading anyway :)
 
My phone doesnt have that issue, got my LTE on always. I like streaming my HD pr0n :P
