Mine does exactly the same, took it to Vodacom tygervalley. Told me it's a Samsung thing they all do it it's normal
Loool, try taking it to another Vodacom until they actually do something that fixes it. Insist that it goes back to the technical department for analysis.
In my case they gave me the print-out that said they'd replaced the motherboard, so I don't think they'd lie about it and then give me proof of it. Whatever they did, it definitely helped mine.
