I must say, after disabling Google now, Google books and other Google apps. My battery life is much better.

I found a way to kill your battery in super quick time. In at a wedding and took a ton of photos.4 hours and 50 mins on battery. Down to 37%.

I've found nothing kills it as fast as heavy wifi use. It heats up too.

Heavy mobile data usage does that for me. Wi-Fi is much better.

I'm not talking about just having wifi active. I'm saying those first moments when you download half of the Play Store onto your new phone. This is probably coupled with the ram and cpu drain during installation.
