My account was debit'd last night - yet i have no order number, received no call...nada...kinda regretting going with Telkom now. Keep me posted please.

Got my vodacom one. Courier pitched up unannounced. So had to collect at distribution centre.

Ram couriers poor service in general.
Driver didnt call beforehand. Then never came back. Call centre useless couldnt provide any solution other than to wait until rescheduled delivery. Finally after 3 calls got someone who was brilliant. But at centre arses didnt want to help. Crap customer service.

Once again original contact arranged for them to bring my phone to me while waiting outside.

But other than one guy, Ram staff clueless and in general crap customer service.

S9. The plus was just too clunky for me.

S9+ actually not much bigger than s7 edge. Just using space awkward. But fingers will get used to it Im sure

Cellucity no longer stock samsung covers etc. What you do you take voucher with proof of purchase or upgrade etc with id and you can claim accessories from any Samsung store

I pre ordered with MTN, but walked past a small MTN shop yesterday, wanted to see s9+ size.. dude did upgrade for me immediately, got my phone, voucher, case, the works.. got a call from MTN this morning to process order.
Was also able to claim watch via rewards app. They state upto 4 weeks for delivery.

Telkom shops have nada. Ask you to leave details!

Can someone confirm if the S9 plus can take 2 sim cards, instead of 1 sim and a SD card?

Mine looks like original s7 edge tray. So sd card and nano sim card only? Dont think SA versions dual sim?

Got a sms from Telkom to say that they will deliver 3 to 5 working days - waybill number provided, doesn't exist on CourierIT LOL.

Need some help getting the phone to read out text messages when connected to Bluetooth.

Coming from Windows phone I didn't have to do anything specific to get this working. If I'm connected to Bluetooth and I receive an SMS, Cortana would ask me via Bluetooth if I want her to read it or ignore it.

No. Only SMS messages. I could also reply via voice. Not always good as it struggled with my pronunciation.

I think the voucher is also supposed to pop-up in the Rewards app at some point, this is what they told me when i contacted them.
The below T&Cs for the voucher explains it well, but its missing the part about how you receive and use the voucher.

The other thing I'm waiting on clarity about is the free 6 months of 'Samsung Mobile Care'. I've seen it pop-up in the Rewards app, but the description is not the same and it refers to the S8, hence I'm waiting to see if the real offer is going to appear.
