Samsung Galaxy S9

Want to get another s9 plus.
Want at least 200 minutes and 2GB for under R1k.
Advice on best deal for a samsung 9 plus?
 
Okay okay so this thread has become too quiet. Is everyone still happy with there devices. Loving my s9+

With the note 9 on its way anyone jumping ship

looks nice, BUT you must make sure there is not 1 spec of dust around for the 1h process...
 
So with Samsung Rewards ending, what happens to people that haven't received their pre-order goodies yet? It's been over two months and my order still hasn't arrived. They're not responding to emails either.
 
I've tried to flash BTU on my XFA - tried many times...ODIN says that it was successful and when i check software it is still XFA.

Hi Unfortunately btu falls into the oxm group with xfe and xfa
What i did i flashed h3g (British) with sim card out and then did factory reset and then flashed xeu (which besides germanys DBT get updates faster) then it will show xeu/xeu /xfa the xfa or even xfv will never go. Then as soon as u put a sim it it it will restart and my xfa phone is now xeu/xfe/xfa and i get updates quickly

XFA is soooo slow to get any updates....if at all.

Absolutely, found out with trial and error samsung making it more difficult. Btu has also become so very very slow. If you need help just message me. Samfirm downloads alot faster too
 
I need some advice. I need a screen cover for my S9 ... still using the crappy flimsy plastic cover that came with the phone.

I'm based in Cape Town. Any advice on a good screen cover?
 
Zeekonline have spigen ones... I always buy from them they based in plattekloof but u order online. Otherwise some vodacom and mtn stores have a machinr that applies ot for R300
 
So i flashed the Firmware and an interesting story to tell:

SIM OUT: Flashed H3G (UK), reset, flash XEU (UK), reset and wait, check software H3G/XEU/XFA (happiness), INSERT SIM, restart - check software = XFA/XFA/XFA (weird, with some swear words)

Try again:

SIM OUT: Flashed H3G (UK), reset, SIM IN, restart - check software = H3G/H3G/XFA (phones works, i can make calls and what not, and updates came rolling in thick and fast)

FECK IT - left it as is... LOL.

With regards to the phone cover, i have a spigen touch armor... does add some bulk, but worth it, raised edges all round, has a kickstand - dropped my phone onto a gravel road... no damage whatsoever.
