Just looked into this and these apps e.g. Phone INFO that tell you the capacity of your battery seems to read the info from your phone under: /sys/class/power_supply/battery/fg_fullcapnom (capacity) and fg_cycle (charge cycles)

You can check these yourself with a file manager like ES explorer.

My S8 is now on 2682 Mah and 224 cycles

It looks like it is blurry on the sides. Top is blurry, fine in the middle and then blurry at the bottom again. I am not sure what it is called on android, but on my iPhone is it called portrait mode, where it blurs out the rest of the photo. Looks like your phone is having trouble doing that correctly.

All my pics come out with a blurry back ground and i hate it. It should be all clear. What do i do

Then don't get in so close. Otherwise you will always get the blurred background. Look at the second to last photo and the last. The last is live focus, and the second to last is just normal, but I got in real close so I still got a blurred kinda background.
 
This is the closest I could get without losing too much detail and blurring.
