I have a smaller one in the same series.

Wi-Fi is not its strongest feature, yes.

When it is switched on from standby, it informs me that it is not connected to Wi-Fi for a while, until it has woken up properly.

Have seen this on many occasions on laptops waking up from sleep mode as well.

It might help if you reset the TV and set it up again from the start.

You can also try and change the Wi-Fi channel on the router.

Interference from the neighbours' networks have a clear impact on them.

I am having the same issue since last week on my 3 year old KS9500 as well.

Logged the issue with Samsung and wait for their feedback as it still has the signature warranty and they advised a technician will come out to have a look at the issue.

Tried with a new home network setup as well as 3 other mobile hotspots and it does not connect although it sees the networks... very weird issue. Not sure if there was a recent firmware update that caused the issue?

What I found with my Samsung and one Hisense TV is all got to do with the AP, somehow, dlink keeps getting issues and the tplink one doesn't, I remember checking device info for manufacture of wifi chip and swopped out all devices with the dlink chip, all works well, even some older devices.

Same issue with me as well re wifi.. Connected fine, then lost connection, and now wont connect. Not a big deal as i use a media player anyway, but wondering what might be the issue

Assuming it’s 2.4Ghz check that your radio channels are set to Automatic and support channels beyond 11.

If 12 and 13 are there it’s likely the automatic is switching to those during load shedding etc and the TV doesn’t support that.

Go find a setting for the WiFi Country/region and set it to the USA then it will only be channels 1-11.

Failing that try fiddling with turning APSD on or off.

I have a mesh wifi system just swooped the noods and to my suprice the TV connected with out any issues
