Samsung SPNET issues

Hi Guys

I have exhausted all of my current knowledge regarding SPNET and I hope someone here will be able to assist me.

So client has 4 branches across South Africa and all the branches has Samsung OfficeServ PBX's with SPNET to enable interbranch calling. The issues I'm having is calls to interbranch ext or transfers keep dropping after a few seconds. It is also not every call that does this, only every now and then.

I have confirmed that no ports are being blocked on any firewall, I have spoken to Samsung and had their technical department double check the setup and they confirmed that all is correct.

Is there anyone here with more insight as to how SPNET actually works or what else I can check.

Ensure SIP ALG is disabled on the wan routers. No guarantee it will solve the problem but it definitely breaks SIP.
