Sorry man I just ran windirstat at it was page file taking up 1.8 gb. Is it safe to delete it?
 
Has anyone been able to successfully connect their tablet to an external display?

I tried connecting mine to my TV but the TV doesn't receive any signal from the tablet (no signal, it doesn't say the cable is unplugged). The tablet recognises that the TV is connect (Picks up the brand and supported resolutions in display settings). I tried extending, duplicating, output to second screen only, changing resolutions but nothing seems to work. I am using a micro HDMI -> HDMI adapter but I don't think this would be an issue? There's nothing wrong with the cable as I use it with my laptop.

Recently purchased one of these in CT.Infact all stores I've called were all sold out.Demo model was avail at Somerset so I went to collect.Because it was a demo model,I did a factory reset.My question now is,did I lose my free Office 365 sub?Its not a train smash if i have,would be nice to activate though if its linked somehow to the device which i kind of doubt.Nice tab though :) Im going to install win 10 soon

I think you might have. Boot from recovery partition?

You might have to get to the advanced menu. No guide at hand sadly, when I get home will try assist.

Maybe Google?

PC Settings under settings on right plane (That bar that pops up on the right when your mouse is at the edge)

Goto Update and recovery, then Recovery on left and select the middle option "Reset your PC"
 
had a look around in the recovery options.unfortunately the only options close to what im looking for is ironically the first option i used lol.was worth a shot anyway
 
Probably wouldn't.they did say I have 14 days to return it though.I dont really need the sub in all honesty.Its a nice to have thing but not essential

I dont think so.I actuallyran into some difficulty on my end,installed Win10 and the touch screen stopped working despite leaving everything on tab when upgrading.BTW Clonzilla cant restore partition 4 for some reason,even though the back up was successful.I used the recovery USB created in windows to get my tab back to working order :D
 
For what its worth,the clonezilla thing should work,maybe its my error but i've deleted the contents of that usb cause it did not help me at all

Wait? You upgraded and the touch screen stopped working?

Guessing you selected, keep nothing. Never do that.
 
I selected keep everything as suggested here.Made sure of that.I actually recovered with the windows created recovery,and did the entire process from scratch.I'm on windows 10 now without any issues :)

I can confirm that the 64GB micro SD works just fine -Got this patriot-lx-64gb-micro-sd-xc
