Sansui windows 8" WIB802

If the files work then we can chat about the beer ;)
Already owe DA one also for all his uploads this weekend.
Might have to have a Sansui tablet get-together soon :D

Ended up going to Hifi. One store had no stock and the other didn't want to assist.

Ended up at the West Rand Lifestyle centre where 1 tab had a broken screen already :D

Still in store waiting for another one.
Your help was appreciated. Had my One Drive download finished I probably would not have come here.

Update: Another one faulty. :(

Hopefully a final update. Got a demo model and a USB hub for my trouble.

Going to try reset the a let and hope nothing breaks :p

Was this close to buy one till I saw the HP 7" with 32 gig going for $99 http://store.hp.com/us/en/pdp/tablets/hp-stream-7-tablet---5701

Imported one and can not be happier. Even better I got mine to Windows 10 via the upgrade, Only problem I had was the damn recovery partition (With original Windows 8) that took up like 4 gig of the 32 leaving me with only 10 gig after office and my apps where installed.

Decided to do a fresh install of Windows 10 home thanx to http://winsupersite.com/windows-10/installing-windows-10-technical-preview-hp-stream-7 I now have a wopping 15 gig of space for apps. Moved my profile to a 64 gig sd and now I have a Mini PC that is more than capable. Hell I even have steam on it with some touch friendly games sourced from this list

Cool. Any games you can recommend?

Well the Pinball FX and Halo series are quite good (Both available on Windows store as well)

GestureWorks is a must if you wanna go Steam route, or have a lib like mine (550+ Games) as it allows you to play most your desktop games on your tablet via streaming and touch controls.

Edit: Joke is I only installed the games to demo the tablet to friends. Mostly use it for reading in bed and a "mobile" computer at work. Yep I have been teased in meetings already when people whip out there 17" laptops and I pull the 7" from my back pocket.

Anyone put a sim-card into their tablet?
A little curious/worried about the correct direction.

Contact side must face the tablet screen. The corner of the sim card that has the 45 degree cut must facing out of the slot and when you have the tablet upright on it's side, it should be under the memory card slot.

Pic for a slower techie?

Guys. How's your battery life looking like ? It's like that thing is just draining the battery while I'm at work.
Any tips ?

Turn on metered connection. It's pulling updates and other krap in the background.

Hoping for a software fix soon.

Back on Win10. Touch working but recovery partition demolished.

Good thing I backed that up :)

Installing Win10 again tonight but have made a recovery drive & a Clonezilla image of the whole emmc.
So hopefully I'm covered this time around :D

Btw, has anybody tried a 64Gb SD card?
I only have 32Gbs to use/test atm but was wondering why the limitation of 32Gb?
