Sanyo Eneloop batteries

Doesn't have to be eneloops. As long as they're decent I'm looking for any well priced batteries.
 
Many places sell the GP batteries with similar specs to the eneloops.

They are 2000mAh and do not run down when not in use, they seem ok.

Have seem them at Makro and Builders Express.
 
Don't know if their the cheapest findable at the moment but i sourced from here - http://www.enyukagreen.com/product.php?key=showproducts&sbcId=16

I got 6 sets of the AA Uniross 2700mAh batts & chargers for sale with some Yongnuo YN-560 III speedlites.
If your looking for a bunch i can maybe split them if your interested - They'd be about 6 month's old,not alot of use.

One of the dealers told me that Sanyo sold the eneloop factory, and that these batteries were no longer going to be available.

I don't know whether this is a BS story or whether this is true.

Hopefully not. I've got folks going to the UK soon, they were going to bring back some Eneloops for me. I have enough for my needs at the moment, but when it comes to batteries, enough is never enough :p
 
Hmm, I see that Panasonic has taken Sanyo over, and that the Sanyo brand name may disappear over time.
 
Can anybody tell me would I need a specific type of charger for Sanyo Eneloops or will any old battery charger work fine?

Seems like a nice one but would any charger work? Like the normal energizer ones?
 
I think try to get the specs of the energizer as long as the outputs are the same I don't see a problem?

Maybe someone else can just confirm this
 
im using a sony charger for the last 3-4 years no problems
It turns off when when full charged though
