SAP Concur Expense claim solution - input required

This is for anyone using SAP Concur Expenses to manage expense claims locally (South Africa)

Would it be possible to share what your cost is for each claim submitted?

SAP won't liaise with us locally, as our Company (based in Europe) signed a global agreement and the cost to process one claim is like about R170 per claim ... which seems fair for a euro based economy but just ostentatious for South Africa IMHO. Some peoples expense claim for the month won't even be R500 so to pay 34% service fee feels a bit nuts.

This per claim processing fee is the negotiated rate based on our company size, using that platform globally so I would love to know what the normal cost is!

The platform is no doubt amazing, but we do something similar with PowerApps - we just need to implement some AI in ours and we could have a competitor :D

The issue is that we are being forced to switched to Concur. They also want to charge R510K to implement it and yet our in-house app cost us like R120K max to develop with all the integrations to the ERP.
