I am unsure of where this thread should actually go, so I've decided this seems to be the most suitable place.
I recently sent a watch through SAPO (insured), but now I've come across the following:
http://www.postoffice.co.za/Insuranceact.pdf
According to that document, watches (under point 7, C) they are not liable for watches.
Now, my question is, why on earth would they have accepted my insurance money in the first place if this was the case and if I do have grounds in the event that the parcel gets lost/stolen to claim since they accepted my money for the insurance (keep in mind that it was declared as being a watch as well as insured as such thereafter).:wtf:
